Taseku Sinami brushed platinum blonde hair from in front of her eyes and pouted. Her English teacher was drawling in his southern tone about a new student who was late to class. She didn't care about this new brat.
She sat up in a hurry when the transfer student entered her class. Pale skin was hidden under the school uniform that had already been altered to accommodate this new student's odd tastes. The jacket was cut short so it revealed the untucked dress shirt and a thick purple ribbon had been sewn into the collar and cuffs.
What is he, gay or a freakin' model? She thought to herself when the boy ran his fingers through his black and red hair and offered her teacher a lopsided smile.
"I'm sorry I'm late, but I was hung up in the office and I had to get a pass first," he said and handed a sheet of paper to the only adult in the room.
....a......damned.....accent?! Great, now everyone was gonna jump his bones, she thought bitterly and her mind slammed to a grinding halt. Wait, why was she feeling protective? Over....that?
She took a good long look at him and something inside was triggered. She knew him. Somehow. She kept on staring and was rewarded when he looked her way, dark brown eyes flashing to black with the differing light, and a slow smile spread across his features. She blinked and the smile was gone, as if it had never happened.
They simply stared at each other.
"Mister....uh...." The teacher started.
"Melonius," he supplied and he quickly silenced the snickers by giving the class a deadened glare. "Get it right or call me by my surname."
"Well, Mister Lynn, then, would you please take a seat? We're about to begin."
"Aye, sir," Melonius replied and tilted his head slightly before he took a seat in the only empty chair in the class. Right next to Taseku.
Taseku narrowed gray rimmed blue eyes (coloured contacts hiding her inherent red irises) at the boy as he sat down and shot her a wink. "I know you," she whispered so their teacher wouldn't hear.
"Do you, now? That's interesting, seeing as I'm new to the area and know not of anyone here," he replied, staring ahead at the chalkboard.
That pissed her off. She growled under he breath and looked ahead as well. She was NOT going to let this little brat get under her skin if she had the inclination.
Unfortunately she didn't and he did get under her skin by picking up a pencil and doodling a small picture on the corner of a piece of paper.
Doth thou knowest of thy demise, he scribbled around the picture and it suddenly occurred to her how she knew him.
She immediately scribbled a sentence of her own on a slip of paper and slid it across the desks.
He picked it up, read it, and gave the barest of nods before he slipped a glance to her and whispered, "Hello, Sister."
"You and yours are mine to destroy," she muttered back and he only smiled.
Just wait until she told her mother that her missing sibling was now in her class. She was going to blow a gasket.
-Ending Transmission.

Sail away where no ball and chain
Can keep us from the roarin' waves
Together undivided but forever we'll be free
So sail away aboard our rig
The moon is full and so are we

If you don't write more.
I'll kick your ass.
Not being so Taseku-ish in a while has really pent up my evilenergy.

One with Taseku and Mel.
The other having no relevance to anything.
I drew it for some girl.
I also have a a couple of poems and a song/poem to put up too.
But I'm too lazy to do ALL of that.
One piece of art at a time.
